Our Directors Mr. Madhusudan Bagla and Mr. Nakul M. Bagla welcomed everyone with a warm heart. The event started by the introduction of each employee from different factories and branches which helped them to know everyone and be comfortable with each other.
There were many activities arranged for employees to help them work in unity and harmony as a team. In the evening, a ceremony was held for the induction of our new member Mr. Dhruv M. Bagla.
Later that night, a cricket match was arranged to enhance employee’s enthusiasm and relax their mood.
On the second day of the event Mr. Rushabh Turakhia, from Your Turn Now, gave us a very inspiring speech on the importance of kindness.
The event was a great success which helped in building a good relationship between employees and management. It not only inspired and motived everyone but also build unity and connection between each one of us.
